Gems, also called gems — are stones that can be socketed into equipment, including necklaces and rings, thereby increasing a character’s stats.Gems: types, maximum level, where they can be socketed

Gems: where to obtain them?
For easier storage, some gems drop as receipts. To turn a receipt into a gem (and vice versa), simply right-click the receipt/gem.

Gem Combination
Gem Combination allows the player to increase a gem’s level by using 2 gems of the previous level.
Requirements for gem combination

To combine gems you need:
- Two identical gems of the same level
- Gem Combination Scroll
- 50,000 gold
Where to get the Gem Combination Scroll
The Gem Combination Scroll can be bought for 20,000 gold from Blacksmith John Brown (1432,685).
How to combine gems
You need to talk to NPC Blacksmith John Brown and select “Combination”:
First place the scroll, then the gems, and click “Confirm”.

Gem Socketing
Socketing is the process that allows a player to socket gems into equipment sockets, thereby increasing the stats of the equipment.
Requirements for socketing
To socket a gem into equipment, you need:
- Equipment with sockets.
- Gems with stat bonuses.
- A Purifying Gem of the same level as the stat gem.
- Gold.
How to socket a gem
To socket a gem, go to Blacksmith John Brown (1432,685) and choose “Socketing”, place the equipment, the gem, and the Purifying Gem, then click “Socket”.

Identical gems are socketed in the following order: first a level 1 gem and level 1 purifier, then a level 2 gem and level 2 purifier, and so on. To create higher-level gems, you need to combine them.
