REFUND POLICY Version for publication on ascaron.online Last updated: September 14, 2026 This Policy applies to payments for crystals and other digital products purchased through official Ascaron Online interfaces. 1 Seller Seller of digital products: Knuth Capital LLC FZ, Company No. 2531107, Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE. Requests: info@ascaron.online. 2 Voluntary refund for an unused product The User may request a refund within 14 calendar days after payment if the crystals or other digital product have not been used, spent, transferred, exchanged, activated, or otherwise consumed. If a refund is approved, the relevant product is removed from the account. If part of a package has been used, the Operator may refuse a voluntary refund of the entire package or offer a proportionate solution where technically possible. 3 Mandatory refund grounds • a duplicate or erroneous charge • payment was confirmed but the product was not supplied within a reasonable time • the supplied product or quantity differs from the order • the digital product has a material defect that the Operator did not remedy within a reasonable time • the transaction was made without the payment instrument owner's authorisation and this is confirmed by review • another case where a refund, repeat performance, or price reduction is required by applicable law Use of a product does not remove mandatory remedies for a defect, failure to supply, mismatch, or unauthorised transaction. 4 Normally non-refundable cases A voluntary refund is normally unavailable after the product has been used or transferred, where the purchase was made from an unauthorised person, where the User selected the wrong product but the ordered product was properly supplied, or where the product consisted of free bonus units. An account restriction for a rule violation does not itself create a right to refund a properly supplied and used product. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights. 5 How to submit a request Send the request to info@ascaron.online and state the login or account identifier, account email address, payment date, amount, currency, transaction number, purchased product, and reason. A payment confirmation with sensitive payment details hidden may be attached. Do not send a full card number, CVC or CVV, an online banking password, or a one-time banking code. 6 Review The Operator compares the request with account and transaction logs, checks product use, and may request only the minimum additional information needed. The User receives confirmation that the request was registered and the decision without undue delay. 7 Review period The Operator aims to complete review within 10 business days. If a bank, payment provider, or additional investigation is required, the Operator informs the User of the delay. Any shorter mandatory period prevails. 8 Refund method An approved refund is sent to the original payment method where technically and legally possible. The crediting time after approval depends on the bank or payment provider. Fees are deducted only where permitted by law and clearly disclosed before purchase. 9 Unauthorised transactions If an unauthorised payment is suspected, the User should contact both the bank and support immediately. The Operator may temporarily restrict the disputed balance and preserve relevant logs while protecting the account. 10 Appeal The User may appeal a decision by sending additional evidence to info@ascaron.online. This does not limit the right to contact a bank, consumer authority, or court. 11 Policy changes A transaction is governed by the version effective when the purchase was made unless a later version improves the User's position or mandatory law requires otherwise.
