CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

This consent is obtained separately from the User Agreement, Game Rules, Refund Policy, and cookie consent. The checkbox must not be selected in advance.

1 Operator

I consent to Knuth Capital LLC FZ, Company No. 2531107, registered at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE, email info@ascaron.online, processing my personal data on the terms below.

2 Purposes

• creating, authenticating, and maintaining a game account
• providing the websites, game client, game servers, and support
• fulfilling purchases, crediting digital products, processing refunds, and recording transactions
• maintaining security and preventing compromise, abuse, and fraudulent transactions
• handling requests, complaints, and disputes
• performing obligations imposed by applicable law

3 Data covered

This consent covers login, email address, account identifier, registration date, consent records, IP address, device, operating system, browser and client version details, login history, game data and operations, support correspondence, and the number, amount, currency, product, status, and shortened payment method description of a payment transaction.

It does not cover CVC or CVV, one-time banking codes, online banking passwords, biometric data, or special categories of personal data. The User must not send such information to the Operator.

4 Processing operations and methods

The Operator may collect, record, systematise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, match, transfer to authorised processors, restrict, anonymise, block, and delete data by automated and non-automated means.

5 Categories of recipients

For the stated purposes, data may be disclosed as necessary to hosting and network security providers, email and support providers, payment providers and banks, and public authorities acting under a lawful request. This consent does not include disclosure for advertising.

6 International transfers

Data may be transferred to countries where the Operator, infrastructure, or authorised processors are located only in compliance with applicable international and cross-border transfer requirements. If separate consent or a notice is required, the transfer will occur only after it is obtained or submitted.

7 Duration

This consent applies from the date it is given throughout use of the account and afterwards for the periods necessary to fulfil the processing purposes, comply with law, and protect the parties' rights. Indicative periods for each data category are stated in the Privacy Policy.

8 Withdrawal

Consent may be withdrawn by writing to info@ascaron.online. The request should identify the login or account identifier and the email address used during registration.

After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing based solely on consent and deletes the relevant data unless another lawful basis requires or permits retention. Withdrawal may make a function unavailable where the data is objectively necessary for that function.

9 Confirmation

By selecting the separate checkbox, I confirm that I have read this consent, understand the purposes and scope of processing, act freely, and may withdraw consent using the stated method.
