PAYMENT AND VIRTUAL PRODUCT TERMS Version for publication on ascaron.online Last updated: September 14, 2026 These Terms describe the digital products available after payment, the information shown before payment, the crediting process, and limits applying to crystals. 1 Seller Seller: Knuth Capital LLC FZ, Company No. 2531107, Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE. Support: info@ascaron.online. 2 Product range • crystals for use in the official in-game store • cosmetic items, outfits, and visual effects • temporary boosts, bonuses, and premium features • pets, mounts, and related digital items • consumable virtual items • account or character service functions • other digital goods and services expressly described in the store interface The actual product range is defined by store cards. Each card must show the name, image or description, quantity, game restrictions, duration, price, and currency before purchase. 3 Legal character Payment grants a limited right to use the digital product within Ascaron Online. The User does not acquire ownership or intellectual property rights. Crystals are not money, electronic money, deposits, or investments. 4 No withdrawal Crystals, game currency, and virtual items cannot be exchanged with the Operator for money, withdrawn from the service, or used to pay outside the game. This does not prevent a refund of the original payment under the Refund Policy or mandatory law. 5 Information before payment • the exact product name and quantity • the full price, currency, and all fees charged to the User • applicable tax, whether included or charged separately • payment method and time of debit • delivery timing and method • material restrictions, compatibility, and duration • links to the User Agreement and Refund Policy 6 Order confirmation Before a charge, the User sees the order total and takes an unambiguous action whose wording makes the obligation to pay clear. Preselected additional services and hidden fees are not permitted. 7 Electronic transaction record After successful payment, the User receives or may download a confirmation containing seller details, transaction date and number, product description and quantity, amount, currency, fees, and tax information where required. The Operator retains the transaction record for the statutory period. 8 Crediting The product is credited after payment confirmation. If the payment status is successful but the product is not delivered, the User should send the transaction number to support. After reviewing the logs, the Operator supplies the product, corrects the quantity, or refunds the payment as appropriate. 9 Promotions and bonuses The promotion terms, period, multiplier, restrictions, and crediting rules are displayed before payment. Free bonuses have no separate cash value. A later change to a promotion does not alter a confirmed order. 10 Payment security The User must use only a payment instrument they are authorised to use. The Operator may use bank verification, frequency limits, risk matching, and manual review. Support never asks for CVC or CVV, a banking password, or a one-time code. 11 Refunds and support Refund conditions are stated in the Refund Policy.
